What will you be financing?

Magnactive is the owner and manager of a building in Loures where the headquarters of most companies of the group are located. Aspiring to be more sustainable Magnactive will install a solar power facility on the building’s rooftop. The amount to be raised in Goparity is 40400,00€ and is equal to the total project cost.

What is the impact?

Direct:

  • The solar panels will produce around 82 MWh (estimated) per year, contributing to the increase of renewables’ weight within the entire electricity produced in Portugal. The environmental impact of the project is thus equivalent to planting 996 trees, representing an annual reduction of CO2 emissions of around 22 tons.
