What will you be financing?

Vila Lussu is a sustainable tourism project under construction at the heart of the Ria Formosa Natural Park (Algarve). They hope to become a reference for neutrality, with energy supplied entirely from renewable sources.

The project is in its final stages and should open its doors in June 2023.

This campaign aims to finance the installation of:  

  • air conditioning equipment, 
  • heat pump for domestic hot water, 
  • alarm system,  
  • control and monitoring equipment for water and energy consumption through an application - SMAPPEE. 

With this investment, Vila Lussu will have an energetic classification A+, the highest certification standard, reaching an estimated footprint of 0.4 t CO2 per year.
