Guiding principles
The e-money portfolios and funds of Goparity users are secured in MangoPay accounts, ensuring complete segregation of assets from Power Parity, S.A. In case of insolvency or cessation of activity of Power Parity, S.A., the following scenarios are envisaged:
- Delegation of the management and maintenance of the IT platform to a third party, ensuring the continuity of payments from users' portfolios via MangoPay;
- Settlement of the e-money portfolios on MangoPay and transfer of the funds to theusers;
- Transfer to the beneficiaries of all relevant information to follow up on the payment plan to investors.
