Espaço T is a charity providing support for social and community integration, being mainly focused on helping individuals with clinical biopsychosocial pathologies or any individual with social integration difficulties.
With this funding, the organisation aims to install a photovoltaic solar power plant in order to become partly self-sufficient. It’s estimated that solar panels will generate savings of around 44% per year.
This is the first project arising from a partnership between Goparity and AGEAS Foundation, which aims to foster sustainability projects promoted by partner charity institutions. AGEAS Foundation has been supporting Espaço T for more than 20 years and recognizes its crucial social impact since its foundation.
